Borough Market is already quite renowned and is relatively close to the city center. Its most famous dish is undoubtedly the seafood paella!

Bomba Paella
This paella is the signature dish of Borough Market. The store always has a long queue of people, so be sure to plan ahead and come early to line up. The paella contains scallops, lobster, peas, lemon, and chicken. It's so delicious that it will leave you amazed! You'll even want to buy another serving after finishing it.

Mushroom Risotto
Many diners rate this mushroom risotto as even better than the seafood paella, and there's usually not much of a queue! So, if you're short on time, you can give the mushroom risotto a try. It doesn't have a strong mushroomy smell, and the sauce is rich and fragrant. It's recommended that two people share one portion as it's quite large. Also, since it's a bit sweet, it can be a bit cloying.

The Black Pig Sandwich
This is an extremely large sandwich filled with plenty of pork, shredded lettuce, various sauces, and cheese, almost overflowing. Every bite is a mouthful of satisfaction. It's a far cry from the sandwiches sold in supermarkets, and it's freshly made too.

Furness Oyster Bar Oysters
The oysters at this store are extremely fresh, and the store itself is very clean. There are no mosquitoes or flies buzzing around. The oyster meat is large, and the chilled oysters have no fishy smell at all. Drizzle some lemon juice on them, and when you take a bite, it's like eating jelly, with a taste of the sea. Friends who love seafood should definitely give it a try.

Bread Ahead Doughnuts
The store is right next to the one selling mushroom risotto, so it's easy to find. Personally, I recommend the Vanilla flavor. The strong vanilla taste is really delicious. The other flavors of doughnuts are also very impressive, so you can try multiple flavors. This store also has a queue, but the food comes out quickly, so the queue moves relatively fast.

Strawberry Chocolate Cup
In the entire market, the store with the reddest color is this one. Although it doesn't have a particularly large signboard, the bright red strawberries are very eye-catching. The chocolate cup may look a bit greasy, but in fact, it's not at all. The strawberries are extremely sweet and fresh, and they even burst with juice when you bite into them. The chocolate is also rich and mellow, melting in your mouth.
