"Wild Hearts S" Heading to Nintendo Switch 2 on July 25

Koei Tecmo Taiwan has announced that the hunting action game "Wild Hearts S" for the Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled to be released on July 25, 2025. Alongside this announcement, the company also unveiled a promotional video introducing the game.

In "Wild Hearts S", players will step into a world where they must face off against colossal beasts. The game features a unique "Karakuri" system, allowing players to instantly create various items like "cassettes" and "spinning feathers" by weaving "Karakuri" threads. Combining these items, players can transform them into different "Karakuri" tools during battles, such as blades that pierce through beasts, shields that protect the body, and traps that halt enemy movements. Some "Karakuri" will remain in the scene, enabling players to freely set up and modify the hunting ground according to their preferences.

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of "Wild Hearts S" supports up to four - player co - op gameplay. This allows hunters to team up with friends, cooperate with each other, and use different strategies to take down powerful beasts. The game also offers a wide variety of weapons, ranging from traditional ones like "nodachi" and "bows" to more unique ones such as "Karakuri blades" and "umbrellas", each with its own distinct combat characteristics.

As the release date approaches, more details about the game, including exclusive content for the Switch 2 version, are expected to be revealed. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting hunting adventure coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 on July 25.
